Monogramming

Don’t you think that everything is better when its monogrammed? I love seeing my personal mark on shoes, clothing, bags, cocktail napkins…you name it.  What I really love though is monograms throughout a home.  I am dying for a set of custom bedding from Leontine or Matouk or even a monogrammed sofa in my living room. My ultimate to-do list includes needlepointing a full set of monogrammed dining room chairs.  I have yet to find the perfect pattern or the perfect chairs, but it is a project that I’m DYING to start!  I will keep you posted on my progress once I begin…I have a couple of ideas brewing, but please send me you suggestions if you have any! In the meantime, I will continue to lust over these fabulous designs.

The key to a beautiful monogram is finding something unique that can become your signature.  I think the most interesting monograms are those that have interlacing letters or a border.
