Home of the week – What’s on the Market?

It has pristine interiors and floor to ceiling glass walls throughout. Hermann installed an infinity pool where you may bask in the California sun and take in the exquisite view of Los Angeles. This home is currently listed with Westside Estate Agency.

I heart Koo de Kir

Their style is clean, casual, modern, livable and chic…everything they do is picture perfect, yet appears completely effortless (which is my ultimate goal as a designer!) They are responsible for the designs of some of my favorite local spots like The Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro, Flour Bakery and Pomodoro. However, I am head-over-heels for their residential work.
Here are a few gems from their residential portfolio:
I love this aquatic painting and these translucent glass doors are so ethereal!
Super modern, super minimal
More of those translucent doors that I love.
An example of their more traditional design. I love the beautiful trimwork and moulding detail on this fireplace coupled with this rich paint color and funky accents.
Here are some of my favorite things from the Koo de Kir boutique on Charles Street in Beacon Hill
