Stylish Furniture + Decor

I recently had the opportunity to chat with Interior Designer Annabelle Petriella about her fabulous furniture and decor line.  After checking out her website, I fell in love with her incredibly chic style.  She effortless combines minimalism with eccentricity to bring you a completely chic and stylish product.

Annabelle has been gracious enough to offer Style Theories readers a special 10% discount on all of her merchandise + free shipping for orders over $500!  If you purchase anything before May 31, just enter the code STYLE to redeem your discount!

Here are a few of my favorites!

I love the way bean bags look in a home theater or rec-room.  Plus, they are so comfortable.  Annabelle actually sells chic bean bags that are perfect for both kids and adults.  This celestial, atom-esque chandelier is also one of my faves.  I definitely plan to purchase it for my dining room!

I am obsessed with these bar stools…they remind me of those gorgeous bright green stools spotted in the apartment of Susan Hornbeak Ortiz!

Lastly, I am crazy about all of her amazing home accessories!  Umm…I need to own this zebra umbrella holder and one of these graphic picture frames or throw pillows would complement it perfectly.

Home of the week – What’s on the Market?

This mid-century modern estate was constructed in 1967, but has been updated with a full renovation by Steve Hermann Design.  It has pristine interiors and floor to ceiling glass walls throughout.  Hermann installed an infinity pool where you may bask in the California sun and take in the exquisite view of Los Angeles.  This home is currently listed with Westside Estate Agency.

I heart Koo de Kir

It turns out that my favorite little Beacon Hill boutique, Koo de Kir, just so happens to be one of my favorite interior design studios.  Their style is clean, casual, modern, livable and chic…everything they do is picture perfect, yet appears completely effortless (which is my ultimate goal as a designer!)  They are responsible for the designs of some of my favorite local spots like The Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro, Flour Bakery and Pomodoro. However, I am head-over-heels for their residential work.

Here are a few gems from their residential portfolio:

I love this aquatic painting and these translucent glass doors are so ethereal!

Super modern, super minimal

More of those translucent doors that I love.

An example of their more traditional design.  I love the beautiful trimwork and moulding detail on this fireplace coupled with this rich paint color and funky accents.

Here are some of my favorite things from the Koo de Kir boutique on Charles Street in Beacon Hill
