Nursery Inspiration

My weekend plans made me curious about his new nursery and got me thinking about how I may want to design my own child’s nursery one day.
My first thought was Art for Kids, which is a beautiful furniture store I stumbled upon while visiting one of my favorite parts of Los Angeles. I pulled these photos from their website.

Restoration Hardware for babies is one of my favorites. I need to own this mirror – I love the architectural elements of it.

I love these unique ceiling designs.
I love coffered ceilings and trimwork detail – so regal and timeless

Natural wood is great for a vacation home
…especially when it is in an interior like this. The ceiling in the room of this ski house is amazing, but the entire design is so chic – the wall of windows, the fireplace, the white furnishing – it is my dream ski “cabin.”
A finished wood ceiling is just as special, but can create a more polished look

In my eyes, she can do no wrong. I envy how consistently she puts together a chic and simple, yet creative look. Not only is she a knock-outl, but she has the much coveted ability to effortlessly combine peices from Zara or H&M with those from Hermes or Chloe. It takes a true fashionista to successfully pull it off every time.

I love the delicate and ethereal quality of these interiors because they look almost as light as air, but still have a substantial quality to them. Plus neutrals keep everything light, fresh and clean. By matching the color of the floor-wall-ceiling, you can make any space look much bigger.

I also love, love, love this living room.

Hello & Welcome
